How much does Top at Home Cost?

The TOP at home medical abortion service is £399. This includes everything you need including your consultation, medication and follow up calls. If after your consultation, your doctor determines that the treatment would not be suitable for you, you will receive a refund minus an administration fee.

What happens if i’m more than 10 weeks pregnant?

If you are more than 10 weeks pregnant you would not be suitable for a medical abortion and you would need to have an in-clinic abortion instead.

Who can get a medical abortion with Top at Home?

Our treatment is available to anyone who is:

At least 16 years old, have a valid UK address where we can discreetly deliver your medication and is no more than 10 weeks pregnant.

Is medication abortion safe with Top at Home?

Yes, our medication is safe - The medication is shipped from UK registered pharmacies, licensed by the General Pharmaceutical Council.
